TRADINNO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Introduction
These are the Terms and Conditions for the use of the website; www.tradinno.co.za, owned by Tradinno (PTY) Ltd and used by you, the consumer, to purchase goods. These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable against every person that accesses or uses this Website. If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, you must refrain from using the website.
Acceptance
These website terms and conditions (“Website Terms”) apply to your use of the website at www.tradinno.co.za (the “Website”). You must read these Website Terms carefully. By accessing, browsing, using or registering with the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Website Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to all of these Website Terms, you must not use this Website.
Capacity
By using the Website you warrant that you are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and of full legal capacity. If you are under the age of 18 (eighteen) or if you are not legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement, then you may not purchase from the Website.
Password/Account Security
Consumers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Tradinno shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
Website Registration
As an unregistered user you will be able to browse the products offered on the website as well as add them to your cart. However when you choose to check out you will be required to login with your username and password. If you do not have a username and password you will be required to register on the website. Registration requires filling in a short form which will create login details. Once the registration is complete and you are logged in you will then be able to check out.
Accuracy of Content of the Website
Tradinno has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that each product described or depicted on this website and any other information (such as pricing) displayed on the website is current, complete and accurate. However content errors may occur. For this reason and if the law allows it, the information displayed on our website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranty as to its accuracy. Some descriptions or photographs of products and packaging may be of a generic nature and not specific to the particular product you wish to buy. Please note that when you agree to these Website Terms you shall be deemed also to have read, understood and agreed to our Privacy Notice in its entirety.
Order Placement
Once you have selected the product/s you wish to buy and submitted your online order, you will be shown an order summary page and given the opportunity to review the ordered items and correct any mistakes, before proceeding. By clicking on the “Place order” button you will have confirmed your online order which constitutes an offer to purchase the product subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Order Confirmation
Once we have received your online order, we will formally confirm or notify you of our acceptance of the order via email. However, technical or other problems may delay or prevent such confirmations. PLEASE DO NOT send an additional order if you do not receive confirmation from us as this may lead to a duplicate transaction. Order Cancellation
If you have completed your order and it has been processed please contact us brightness@tradinno.co.za orders@tradinno.co.za to cancel your order.
Placing goods in a shopping basket without completing the purchase does not constitute an order for such goods, and therefore may be removed from the shopping basket if stock is no longer available or the price thereof might change without notice to you. Tradinno cannot be held liable if these goods are not available or are a different price when you attempt to complete the purchase at a later stage.
Pricing
We will take all reasonable efforts to ensure that prices reflected on the website are accurate. You will be charged the prices reflected on the website. Prices are quoted in South African Rand and include Value-Added Tax (VAT). Special promotions may be limited to separate offer conditions and stipulations.
Payment
We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. PayFast is a reputable payment gateway and they are as committed to keeping our customers and all sensitive information secure. They have a multitude of automated and manual checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions.
Payment can be made via credit card, debit card or instant EFT and we may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorisation is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorisation your order for the goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the credit card supplied for purposes of payment. You also warrant that your credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website.
Delivery of goods
Tradinno offers one method of delivery of goods to you which is via courier. For more information about delivery, consult our Delivery Policy. Our delivery charges are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you. You will see the applicable delivery charges in your cart when you check out. We have standardised our delivery fee to R80 throughout South Africa.
Standard Voucher Terms and Conditions include:
1. No voucher can be used in conjunction with any other voucher.
2. Discounts shall only be applied against full-priced items.
3. Vouchers may exclude specific product lines or may only apply to specific product lines.
4. Voucher cannot be applied during promotional periods.
5. The validity period on the voucher shall be stated on the face of the voucher.
6. Misuse of voucher constitutes fraud.
7. Errors and omissions are exempted.
8. Vouchers are not transferrable for cash.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
You agree that you will not in any way use any device or software to attempt to interfere with the working of the Website. In addition, you agree that you will not in any way monitor, copy, distribute or modify the Website or the information contained. You may not in any way display, publish, copy, print, post or otherwise use the Website and/or the information contained.
